British Council’s Festival Connections brings to you a workshop on restructuring financial strategy for festivals. Through this workshop, participants will dive into questions around financial strategy and the way forward, beyond the pandemic. The workshop will address issues such as the ‘ingredients’ for a good financial plan, what are the resources available, what market research one needs to conduct, and methods to create an accurate but flexible budget.
